What we collect	Identity documents, contact details, residency and tax status, source of funds evidence, bank details, device and usage data, and records of your activity on the platform.
Why we collect it	To verify your identity and eligibility, meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations, operate your account and investments, provide statements, and improve the service.
Legal basis	Performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform. Marketing is on consent only.
Who we share it with	Identity verification and sanctions screening providers, the bank holding client money, the collection agent, our auditors and professional advisers, and regulators or courts where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Where it goes	Data may be processed in [JURISDICTIONS]. Transfers outside your market are made under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it	For the life of your account and for at least [N] years afterwards, as required by anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules.
